I read this as:

#1/5+1/2=4(4/(5x-5))#

I'll first combine the left hand side and multiply through on the right hand side:

#1/5(2/2)+1/2(5/5)=4(4/(5x-5))#

#2/10+5/10=16/(5x-5)#

#7/10=16/(5x-5)#

Let's now cross multiply:

#7(5x-5)=10xx16#

#35x-35=160#

#35x=195#
