Since f(2) = 0, then one factor is (x - 2)
Factor (x^2 + 11x + 28) = (x - p)(x - q). Compose factor pairs of (28) --> (1, 28)(2, 14) (4, 7). This sum is 11 = b. Then p = 4 and q- 7.
f(x) = (x - 2)(x + 4)(x + 7)
